IRCTC Online Cab Booking Facility
Now we can book the Cab directly from online with help of IRCTC. This facility available through IRCTC Tourism. Following are the details of IRCTC Online Cab Booking facility. Pickup and Drop Service would facilitate Rail passengers at major Railway Stations in hiring taxi, porter and coaches. The Booking is open to all. All visa/master/debit/credit cards are accepted for booking of Pickup and Drop Service. But the GST will be charged as per Govt. of India rules. Wheel Chairs and stretcher services etc are available at actual Railway rate depending on availability from Railways.
Types of Cab Services
As of now IRCTC provides 2 types of Cab Services
- Concierge Cab Service
- Radio Cab Service
- Concierge Cab Service: During this facility we can book the Cab from the selected Railways stations of Indian Railways. This can book all the confirmed ticket passengers. Payment Can be done via Visa / Master / Maestro Debit /Credit cards. In this service additional service tax 14 percentage will be charged. - Radio Cab Service: – Radio Cab service also provides online Cab Booking Facility. As of now radio Cab services provided by Meru Cab , Easy cabs etc. This facility currently available only on Delhi Location. But will extended to other cities of India too.
