Fog : Train Status India
Numerous train services are being canceled by Indian Railways due to dense fog, particularly in the Northern and Eastern Zones of the country. The persistent fog has significantly disrupted life in North India, notably affecting cities such as Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, and Kanpur, causing disruptions in rail, air, and road traffic. Flight schedules have experienced delays and cancellations, while train services have also been adversely affected. Foggy Season 2024 : Train Updates
The Northern Railway has issued a notification to inform the general public that, in anticipation of the forthcoming foggy season in 2023-24, certain trains will be temporarily canceled, partially canceled, or operate with reduced frequency.
