Indian Railway is conducting train block for various reasons including rail maintenance, over bridge maintenance, platform renovation, doubling works, due to heavy rain etc. Even though we are updating the train cancellation details daily in some other pages, for more conveniences of readers we decided to mention the full details of the block with mentioning of station name , date, name of the railway zone which announced the block etc. 

However Railway is causing inconvenience to the passengers, they are eager to restore the cancelled the trains as early as possible.

METRO RAILWAY WORKS : TRAINS REGULATIONS

Trains Cancelled/Partially Cancelled/Rescheduled/Regulated to facilitate Metro Railway Works
South Central Railway announced that in order to facilitate Metro Railway construction works at Secunderabad Oliphenta bridge between Secunderabad – Lallaguda stations on Secunderabad – Kazipet section of Secunderabad Division, line blocks are imposed on 9th, 11th and 13th August, 2017. Consequently, the following trains are Cancelled / Partially Cancelled/ Rescheduled / Regulated as detailed below:-

  • Train No.47205 Secunderabad-Falaknuma MMTS service scheduled to depart Secundrabad at 04:30 hrs on 9th August, 2017 is rescheduled to depart at 05:00 hrs on the same day.
  • Train No.47205 Secunderabad-Falaknuma MMTS service scheduled to depart Secundrabad at 04:30 hrs on 13th August, 2017 is rescheduled to depart at 05:00 hrs on the same day.

Regulated

  • Train No.12722 H.Nizamuddin-Hyderabad Dakshin Express will be regulated 50 minutes between Kazipet and Secunderabad stations 9th and 13th August, 2017.
  • Train No.12749 Machilipatnam-Secunderabad Machilipatnam Express will be regulated 30 minutes between Kazipet and Secunderabad stations 9th and 13thAugust, 2017.
  • Train No.82651 Yasvantpur-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express will be regulated 50 minutes between Sulehalli and Secunderabad stations 13th August, 2017.

LINE BLOCK : BENGALURU DIVISION

South Western Railway announced that due to Line Block permitted for maintenance work between Malugur and Chakarlapalli stations of Bengaluru Division from 11:45 hrs to 14:45 hrs with effect from 01st September, 2017 to 30th September, 2017 except Monday and Wednesday, following trains will be regulated enroute:-

  • Train No. 56504, Vijayawada - Bengaluru Cantt. Passenger will be regulated enroute for 70 minutes from 01st September, 2017 to 30th September, 2017 except Monday and Wednesday.
  • Train No. 19568, Okha - Tuticorin Weekly Express will be regulated enroute for 40 minutes from 01st September, 2017 to 30th September, 2017 except Monday and Wednesday.

LINE BLOCK : CHANGES IN PATTERN OF SUBURBAN TRAIN SERVICES

Southern Railway announced that due to Line Block to facilitate engineering works at Kadambattur yard in Chennai – Arakkonam section, changes will be made in the pattern of suburban train services from 01.08.2017 to 05.08.2017 as explained below.
The following suburban trains will be dealt on fast line between Thiruvalangadu – Kadambattur railway stations and consequently will not stop at Senji Panambakkam railway station from 01.08.2017 to 05.08.2017.

  • Train No.43842 Arakkonam – Avadi EMU local, scheduled to leave Arakkonam at 11.20 hrs.
  • Train No.43418 Arakkonam – MMC EMU local, scheduled to leave Arakkonam at 12.00 hrs.
  • Train No.43508 Tiruttani – MMC EMU local, scheduled to leave Tiruttani at 13.15 hrs.
  • Train No.43420 Arakkonam – MMC EMU local, scheduled to leave Arakkonam at 13.50 hrs.

TRAFFIC BLOCK : VIJAYAWADA 

Trains Partially Cancelled / Rescheduled due to Traffic Block
South Central Railway announced that in order to facilitate bridge re-building works on Tanguturu – Singarayakonda section of Vijayawada Division, traffic blocks are imposed. Consequently, the following Passenger trains are Partially Cancelled/Rescheduled as detailed below
Partially Cancelled

  • Train No.57277 Gudur – Vijayawada Passenger is Partially Cancelled between Gudur-Ongole Stations on 29th and 31st July, 2017. 

Rescheduled


  • Train No.57257 Tirupati – Kakinada Port Passenger scheduled to depart Tirupati at 01:05 hrs on 29th and 31st July, 2017 is rescheduled to depart at 04:05 hrs on 29th and 31st July, 2017.

VADODARA AND BHARUCH : MEGA BLOCK on 23.07.2017

Western Railway announced that a four hours integrated mega block will be taken on UP line between Vadodara and Bharuch from 13.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on 23.07.2017 (Sunday) in connection with maintenance works. The following trains will be detained-

  • Train No.59049 Valsad - Viramgam Passenger will be short terminated at Surat and will remain cancelled between Surat and Ahmedabad.
  • Train No.59050 Viramgam - Valsad Passenger will be short terminated at Ahmedabad and will remain cancelled between Ahmedabad and Surat.
  • Train No.19260 Bhavnagar - Kochuveli Express will be regulated for 2.05 hrs in Vadodara Division.

CLOSURE OF PRS ENQUIRY : NIGHT HOURS OF 22/23.07.2017


Northern Railway announced that due to up gradation work of Delhi P.R.S. (Computerized Passenger Reservation System), the PRS Enquiry will remain closed for 2 hours 50 minutes from 11.45 pm on 22.07.2017 to 02.35 am on 23.07.2017. Therefore, Delhi PRS and enquiries related to Delhi PRS on Telephone no. 139 will not be available during the above period.

MIRA ROAD : SOUTH SIDE STAIRCASE OF NORTH FOOT OVER BRIDGE 

Western Railway announced that the south side staircase of North Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at platform no. 1 of Mira Road station, will remain closed from 23rd July to 21st September,2017, due to repairing and strengthening work. During this period, passengers may use staircase towards north side of this foot over bridge.

  • Train No.17482 Tirupati - Bilaspur Mail Express which left Tirupati on 16th July, 2017 is diverted to run via Vizainagaram, Khurda Rd, Angul, Sambalpur, Jhankad Sarala Road,stations.
  • Train No.13352 Alappuzha - Dhanbad Bokoro Express which left Alappuzha on 15th July, 2017 is diverted to run via Vizainagaram, Khurda Rd, Angul, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda stations.
  • Train No.12808 H.Nizamuddin - Visakhapatnam Samata Express which left H.Nizamuddin on 15th July, 2017 is diverted to run via Titlagarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Khurda Rd, Vizainagaram stations.

  • Train No.22847 Visakhapatnam - Mumbai LTT Express left Visakhapatnam on 16th July, 2017 is diverted to run via Vizainagaram, Visakhapatnam, Duvvada,Vijayawada, Secunderabad and Manmad stations.
Trains Rescheduled
  • Train No.12803 Visakhapatnam – Hazurat Nizamuddin Swarnajayanti Express scheduled to depart Visakhapatnam at 8:20 hrs today i.e., 17th July, 2017 is rescheduled to depart at 18:30 hrs on the same day due to late running of its pairing Train.

CHAKRADHARPUR DIVISION : REGULATION OF TRAINS

REGULATION OF TRAINS DUE TO PRE-Non-INTERLOCKING WORK and Non-INTERLOCKING WORK AT RAJGANGPUR STATION OF CHAKRADHARPUR DIVISION
South Eastern Railway announced that in view of Pre Non-Interlocking and Non-Interlocking work at Rajgangpur station of Chakradharpur Division from 08.07.17 to 11.07.17, the following train services will be regulated

  • Train Nos. 58134/58133 Jharsuguda-Rourkela-Jharsuguda Passenger will remain cancelled from 08.07.2017 to 11.07.2017.

  • Train No.58161 Hatia-Jharsuguda Passenger will be re-scheduled to leave Hatia at 14.00 hrs. instead of 11.45 hrs. on 10.07.2017.

REGULATION OF TRAINS

  • Train No.78104 Sambalpur-Rourkela DEMU Passenger will be controlled on 08.07.2017 for 20 minutes.
  • Train No.58162 Jharsuguda-Hatia Passenger will be controlled on 09.07.2017 at Sonakhan for 25 minutes.
  • Train No.18107 Rourkela-Koraput Express will be controlled on 10.07.2017 between Rourkela and Kansbahal for 60 minutes.
  • Train No.13351 Dhanbad-Alappuzha Express will be controlled on 10.07.2017 between Rourkela and Kansbahal for 20 minutes.
  • Train No.18451 Hatia-Puri Tapaswini Express will be controlled on 10.07.2017 between Rourkela-Kansbahal for 20 minutes.

Mega Engineering Block of Gandhinagar Station Platform No.1 will be closed from 26th June for 40 Days

Western Railway announced that reception and dispatch of trains will not be done on  PF No.01 at Gandhinagar station for 40 days from 26th June due to Phase - 1 Work in connection with Re-Development of station along with Development of 300 Rooms Hotel Building in airspace above station. 
During this work of Phase -1, Reception and Dispatching of Mail, Express and Passenger trails will be as under.

  • Train Nos.69191/69192 - Gandhinagar - Anand MEMU will depart from PF-03

DELHI DIVISION : TRAFFIC BLOCK

Partial Cancellation/Diversion /Regulation of Trains on alternate days from 25.6.2017 to 22.10.2017 Due To Traffic Block on Old Yamuna Bridge.

Northern Railway announced that due to  replacement of Corroded Deck Plates and special repairs of Sway/Portal members of girders of bridge No.249 (Old Yamuna Bridge) on Delhi - Delhi Shahadara section of Delhi Division, Northern Railway will undertake the 03.30 hrs traffic block from 00.10 am to 03.40 am for 60 days (on alternate days) from 25.06.2017 to 22.10.2017. Consequently, the  following trains will be Partially Cancelled / Diverted/Regulated during block as under.Diversion/ Partial Cancellation of TrainsDuring Block (on alternate days)  from 25.06.2017 to 22.10.2017.
  • The 64051 Palwal-Ghaziabad EMU train will be diverted to run via New Delhi-Tilak Bridge-Ghaziabad and will remain partially cancelled between New Delhi- Delhi Jn.- Delhi Shahadara.
  • Regulation of Trains During Block
  • The 64420 Ghaziabad – Hazrat Nizamuddin MEMU train will be regulated for 20 minutes at Delhi Shahadara on Wednesday.

THAKURLI and AMBARNATH - BADLAPUR : TWO SPECIAL TRAFFIC BLOCKS 

Central Railway announced that Railway will operate 2 special traffic blocks on Main line on Sunday 25.06.2017. BLOCK – 1 : Traffic and power block on all 6 lines between Dombivli and Kalyan for launching of 4 Girders in connection with construction of Road Over Bridge at Thakurli.
  • On Up and Dn Slow line from 09.15 hrs to 15.15 hrs
  • On Up and Dn Fast line from 09.15 hrs to 12.45 hrs
  • On 5th and 6th line from 9.15 hrs to 15.15 hrs
BLOCK -2: Traffic and power block on Up and Dn lines between Ambarnath and Badlapur for Re-building of Bridge No. 63/3 in Ambernath – Badlapur section with precast RCC segmental box by cut and cover method with road crane.On Up and Dn line between Ambernath and Vangani from 09.30 hrs to 14.00 hrs. RUNNING OF SUBURBAN TRAINS on 25.6.2017
  • Suburban services will remain suspended between Kalyan and Dombivli stations from 09.10 hrs to 12.50 hrs on Up and Dn fast line and from 09.10 hrs to 15.20 hrs on Up and Dn slow line.
  • No services will be available at Thakurli station from 09.00 to 15.30 hrs in both directions.
  • On Dn fast line services will be available from 12.00 hrs between CST – Ambernath and CST – Kasara/Asangaon/Titwala.
  • On Up fast line services will be available from 12.45 between Ambernath – CST and Kasara/Asangaon/Titwala – CST.
SPECIAL SUBURBAN SERVICES on 25.6.2017Special suburban services will run on the following sections of main line during the block period.

THAKURLI STATION : DIVERSION OF TRAINS DUE TO TRAFFIC BLOCK

South Central Railway announced that due to bridge work at Thakurli station in Mumbai Division of Central Railway, traffic blocks are imposed on 25th June, 2107. Consequently, the following Express Trains diverted as detailed below:-

CHENNAI : CHANGES IN PATTERN OF SUBURBAN TRAIN SERVICES

Southern Railway announced that due to Line Block to facilitate engineering works between Vyasarpadi – Villivakkam in Chennai – Arakkonam section, changes will be made in the pattern of suburban train services on 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th June, 2017 as detailed below.

  • Train No.43001 MMC – Avadi EMU local, scheduled to leave MMC at 00.15 hrs on 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th June, 2017, will be diverted to run on fast line from Vyasarpadi yard and consequently will not stop at Vyasarpadi Jiva, Korattur, Pattaravakkam, Thirumullaivoil and Annanur.
  • Train No.43801 Chennai Beach – Arakkonam EMU local, scheduled to leave Chennai Beach at 01.20 hrs on 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th June, 2017, will be diverted to run on fast line from Vyasarpadi yard and consequently will not stop at Vyasarpadi Jiva, Korattur, Pattaravakkam, Thirumullaivoil, Annanur, Hindu College and Pattabiram.

DHANBAD - CHANDRAPURA SECTION : MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS CLOSES TRAFFIC 


Indian Railway announced through a press release that due to Jharia Coal Field Fire and acting on subsequent advisory received from Ministry of Coal, Ministry of Railways has  decided to stop the operation of goods and passenger traffic on Dhanbad-Chandrapura Railway line under East Central Railway w.e.f. 15.06.2017. Keeping in view the safety of passengers, Ministry of Railways has diverted 7 trains, cancelled 13 Mail Express Trains and 6 passenger trains. 

Member Traffic, Railway Board Mohd Jamshed conducted a Press Conference in Rail Bhavan on 12.06.2017 to brief about this development. He informed that on an average 11 pairs of Mail/Express and 6 pairs of passenger trains run on the section daily. Special counters to facilitate refunds as per extant rules will be provided for the affected passengers.  He reiterated that all efforts would be made to minimize passenger inconvenience. The details of the diverted and cancelled trains are as follows:

BILESHWAR - RAJKOT : ENGINEERING BLOCK


Western Railway announced that movement of few trains will be affected due to Engineering block on 10th June, 2017.

In order to carry out work of the work of de-launching of Girder for elimination of Level Crossing Gate No.114 between Bileshwar - Rajkot section of Rajkot Division, a 5 hours and 30 minutes block will be taken by Engineering department on Saturday i.e 10.06.2017 from 02.10 hrs to 07.40 hrs in the morning. As a result, movement of following trains will be affected as under. 

  • Train No.19017 Bandra - Jamnagar Saurashtra Janta Express departing from Bandra Terminus on 09.06.2017 will halt for 1 hour and 30 minutes between Viramgam - Bileshwar on 10.06.2017 and then proceed further towards Jamnagar. It is expected to reach Jamnagar late by 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Train No.22960 Jamnagar - Surat Intercity Express of 10.06.2017 has been rescheduled to depart 1 hour and 30 minutes late from Jamnagar in the morning at 06.15 hrs instead of its regular time of 04.45 hrs.
  • Train No.22907 Madgaon - Hapa Mail Express train departing from Madgaon on 09.06.2017 will halt at Bileshwar station on 10.06.2017 for 15 minutes and then proceed further towards Hapa.
  • Train No.59207 Bhavnagar - Okha Local deprarting from Bhavnagar on 09.06.2017 will short terminated at Wankaner and thus will remain partially cancelled between Wankaner - Okha.

CLOSURE OF PRS ENQUIRY FOR THREE HOURS AND TWENTY FIVE MINUTES DURING NIGHT HOURS OF 26/27.05.2017Northern Railway announced that due to up gradation work of Delhi PRS (Computerized Passenger Reservation System), the PRS Enquiry will remain closed for 3 hours 25 minutes from 11.45 pm on 26.05.2017 to 03.10 am on 27.05.2017. Western Railway announced that in order to carry out work of limited height subway at unmanned level crossing gate No.68 between Thane - Vagadiya, 5 hours 30 minutes block will be taken by engineering department of Rajkot division on 27.05.2017 from 03.10 hrs to 08.40 hrs.   • Train No.22945 BCT - OKHA Saurashtra Mail Express scheduled to depart from Mumbai Central in the evening at 21.35 hrs of 26.05.2017 will be rescheduled 01 hours late from Mumbai Central, this train is expected to reach Okha 45 minutes late. 
  • Train No.22960 Jamnagar - Surat Intercity Express scheduled to from Jamnagar in the Morning at 04.45 hrs of 27.05.2017 will depart 01 hour 30 minutes late i.e 06.15 hrs from Jamnagar station.

Eastern Railway announced that for track maintenance work in Saktigarh - Bandel double line section 28 nights Traffic Block for 3 hours (22.35 hrs - 01.35 hrs) per night commencing from 20/21.05.2017 (Saturday/Sunday) to 16/17.06.2017 (Friday/Saturday) will be necessary on Dn Main line between Memari and Debipur stations over Howrah Division. Eastern Railway announced that for Track maintenance work on Dn and Up lines in Sakigarh - Bandel double line section the following traffic blocks will be necessary. 

  • 1 hour 30 minutes (10.55 hrs to 12.25 hrs) per day for 14 days from 22.05.2017 to 06.06.2017 excluding on 28.05.2017/Sunday and 04.06.2017/Sunday between Khanyan and Pandooah station on Up line. 
  • 1 hour 30 minutes (11.50 hrs to 13.20 hrs. per day for 08 days from 07.06.2017 to 15.006.2017 excluding on 11.06.2017 between Palsit and Memari stations on Dn line. 
  • 1 hour 30 minutes 12.10 hrs to 13.40 hrs per day for 06 days from 26.06.2017 to 22.06.2017 excluding on 18.06.2017 between Simlagarh and Pandooah stations on Dn line. Consequently, the following arrangements have been made in train running on those days. 

From 22.05.2017 to 06.06.2017 excluding on 28.05.2017 and 04.06.2017 
Short Termination and Short Origination

  • Train No.37825 will be short terminated at Bandel and will be short originated from Bandel for Howrah at 12.45 hrs.
  • Train No.37834 will be short terminated at Bainchi and will be short originated from Bainchi for Barddhaman at 12.45 hrs.

Controlling

  • Train No.13015 Up and 31151 Up will be controlled suitably enroute 
From 07.06.2017 to 22.06.2017 excluding on 11.06.2017 and 18.06.2017 
Diversion

  • Train No.13028 Dn will be diverted via Dankuni with stoppage at Kamarkundu. 

Rescheduling


  • Train No.37836 will leave Barddhaman at 13.00 hrs instead of its scheduled departure 12.25 hrs.

KATPADI - LATTERI : CHANGES IN PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES

Southern Railway announced that due to Line Block and Power Block to facilitate engineering works between Katpadi – Latteri in Katpadi – Jolarpettai section, changes will be made in pattern of train services on 20th and 21st May, 2017 as detailed below.
On 20.05.2017, Saturday

  • Train No.22637 Chennai Central – Mangalore Central West Coast Express will be regulated / delayed at Katpadi for 60 minutes and will reach Jolarpettai late by 2 hours.
  • Train No.12578 Mysuru – Darbhanga Bagmati Express will be regulated / delayed at Latteri for 1 hour and 5 minutes and will reach Gudur late by 75 minutes.

On 21.05.2017, Sunday


  • Train No.22637 Chennai Central – Mangalore Central West Coast Express will be regulated / delayed at Katpadi for 50 minutes and will reach Jolarpettai late by 2 hours.

CLOSURE OF PRS ENQUIRY : NIGHT HOURS OF 20/21.05.2017

Northern Railway announced that due to up gradation work of Delhi P.R.S. (Computerized Passenger Reservation System), the PRS Enquiry will remain closed for 6 hours 05 minutes from 10.30 pm on 20.05.2017 to 04.35 am on 21.05.2017. Therefore, Delhi PRS and enquiries related to Delhi PRS on Telephone no. 139 will not be available during the above period.

Central Railway announced that Railway will run Track Monitoring Special on Trans-Harbour and Harbour line for monitoring of tracks as under: -
TRANS-HARBOUR LINE on 18 /19.05.2017 (Thursday-Friday  Night)

  • Nerul - Dep.: 02.15 hrs, Thane - Arr. : 02.45 hrs
  • Thane - Dep.: 02.55 hrs, Nerul - Arr. :  03.25 hrs

HARBOUR LINE on 29 /30.05.2017 (Monday-Tuesday  Night)

  • Vashi - Dep.: 01.00 hrs, Vadala Road - Arr.: 01.30 hrs
  • Vadala Road - Dep.: 01.40 hrs, Panvel -Arr.: 02.40 hrs
  • Panvel - Dep.: 02.50 hrs, Vashi - Arr.: 03.50 hrs
Passengers are requested to note and avoid trespassing, as these specials will run non-stop on these Sections.

TRAFFIC BLOCK : MANGALURU JN. - JOKATTE SECTION 

South Western Railway announced that Railway has permitted 3 hours of Traffic Block in Mangaluru Jn. – Padil - Jokatte Section on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10th May, 2017 to 09th June, 2017 in connection with maintenance work. As such, Train No.16515 Yesvantpur- Karwar Express will be regulated for 30 minutes at Mangaluru jn. on every Monday,Wednesday and 05 minutes on every Friday during the above mentioned period.

LINE BLOCK : CHENNAI CENTRAL - GUDUR


Change in pattern of train services due to line block

Southern Railway announced that due to line block to facilitate engineering works between Ponneri and Ennore stations in Chennai Central – Gudur section from 09.35 hrs. to 11.35 hrs. from 10.5.2017 to 5.6.2017 (except Fridays), following will be the pattern of train services.

  • Train No.42013 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU train scheduled to leave MMC at 09.30 hrs. is partially cancelled between Minjur and Gummidipundi. This train will run from MMC to Minjur only.
  • Train No.42651 Velachery – Gummidipundi EMU train scheduled to leave Velachery at 08.50 hrs. is partially cancelled between Minjur and Gummidipundi.This train will run from Velachery to Minjur only.
  • Train No.42015 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU train scheduled to leave MMC at 10.25 hrs. is partially cancelled between Minjur and Gummidipundi. This train will run from MMC to Minjur only.
  • Train No.42018 Gummidipundi – MMC EMU train scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 09.50 hrs. is partially cancelled between Gummidipundiand Minjur.This train will run from Minjur to MMC only.
  • Train No.42020 Gummidipundi – MMC EMU train scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 10.50 hrs. is partially cancelled between Gummidipundiand Minjur.This train will run from Minjur to MMC only.
  • Train No.42406 Sullurupetta – Moore Market Complex (MMC) EMU train scheduled to leave Sullurupetta at 10.00 hrs. is rescheduled to leave at 10.40 hrs. (40 minutes late)
  • Train No.57240 Bitragunta – Chennai Central Passenger scheduled to leave Bitragunta at 05.15 hrs. will be regulated at Ponneri for 75 minutes and will reach late at Chennai Central.

LINE BLOCK : CHANGES IN PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES

Southern Railway announced that due to line block to facilitate engineering works between Gudiyattam – Melpatti in Katpadi – Jolarpettai section, the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services from 06th May, 2017 to 14th June, 2017 except on Thursdays.
On 12th, 19th, 26th May, 2017 and 02nd and 09th June, 2017 (Fridays)

  • Train No.22637 Chennai Central – Mangalore Central West Coast express will be regulated / delayed enroute at Valathoor for 15 minutes and will reach Jolarpettai late by 15 minutes.

On 06th, 07th, 08th, 09th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st May, 2017 and 03rd, 04th, 05th, 06th, 07th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th June, 2017


  • Train No.22637 Chennai Central – Mangalore Central West Coast express will be regulated / delayed enroute at Gudiyattam for 45 minutes and dealt on wrong line from Gudiyattam to Valathoor. Consequently, the train will reach Jolarpettai late by 1 hour and 45 minutes.

CLOSURE OF AHERWADI HALT STATION


South Western Railway has decided to eliminate Aherwadi Halt station between Hotgi and Sulerjavalge station with effect from 01st January, 2017.In view of the above, the stoppage of Train No. 57129/57130, Vijayapura - Bolarum - Vijayapura Passenger at Aherwadi Halt Station is cancelled with effect from 01st January, 2017.

  • Temporary Stoppage provided at Yeliyur and Byadarahalli for Train No.56231, Mysuru - KSR Bengaluru Passenger is extended until further advise.
  • Temporary Stoppage provided at Krishnadevaraya Halt for Train No. 56233, KSR Bengaluru - Mysuru Passenger, Train No. 56231, Mysuru- KSR Bengaluru Passenger, Train No. 56232, KSR Bengaluru- Mysuru Passenger, Train No. 56282, KSR Bengaluru- Chamarajnagar Passenger, Train No. 56281, Chamarajnagar-KSR Bengaluru Passenger and Train NO. 56237, Mysuru- KSR Bengaluru Passenger is extended until further advise.
  • Temporary Stoppage provided at Nidvanda for Train No.56913/56914, KSR Bengaluru- Hubballi-KSR Bengaluru Passengeris extended until further advise.
  • Temporary Stoppage provided at Sulerjavalgi H for Train No. 57685/57686, Solapur-Bijapur-Bagalkot-Solapur Passenger is extended until further advise.

AHMEDABAD - HIMMATNAGAR AND SANAWAD - KHANDWA METRE GAUGE SERVICES CLOSURE

Western Railway announced that Ministry of Railways has approved permanent closure of Ahmedabad – Himmatnagar and Sanawad - Khandwa Metre Gauge sections for Gauge Conversion work. The M.G trains running on Ahmedabad – Himmatnagar section and Sanawad – Khandwa section permanently discontinued with effect from 01st January, 2017 for passenger traffic. Consequently trains running on Himmatnagar-Khed Brahma section will also be cancelled permanently, due to Gauge conversion work on Ahmedabad-Himmatnagar section.

  • Train No. 52928/52927 Ahmedabad - Udaipur Mewar Fast Passenger will be cancelled between Ahmedabad and Himmatnagar station.
  • Train No. 19944/19943 Ahmedabad - Udaipur City Express will be cancelled between Ahmedabad and Himmatnagar station.

Details of special train traffic block announced daily by various zones of Indian Railway due to number of reasons. Now the special line block or power block will be at Madurai division, nine days train traffic block at Andheri Station under Western Railway, mega traffic block at Jodhpur division etc are announced.
