IRCTC MONEY DEBITED BUT TICKET NOT BOOKED :: WHAT TO DO NEXT??
I have received comments from several users that there Payments are deducted by Bank but Train Ticket not received or shown on IRCTC account. All of them stuck on this payment and think, what do now? Whether to Book a new Ticket ? or Wait for existing booked ticket?? This post is dedicated for them.
Why IRCTC tickets booking failure Occur?

|2||Settlement Failed and Ticket Not Booked||•System or network failure at Banks end or at PG before remitting Ticket Amount to IRCTC .||Amount is not credited to IRCTC Account.||Amount is with Bank. Bank will refund the money after due verification.|
If your tickets belongs to any of the chart cases then wait for refund.
I suggest you to cross check your Booked Ticket history before doing any new Train Ticket booking through IRCTC.
