  2. I made a I ticket and it was courier to my house and I got misplaced lost the original ticket and again I apply for a duplicate ticket. I got a duplicate ticket. Now my plan has changed and now I want to cancel my trip and want to cancel the ticket. When I went to the railway reservation now they are saying we can't cancel the duplicate ticket, bring original ticket (Original ticket already lost) which was issued by railway. Now I am in a position not able to cancel my ticket as it was I ticket and railway reservation won’t accept duplicate ticket…the supervisor told from Railway department and now they are saying it is not possible to cancel the ticket as my journey date is 4th Jan 2011.
Can any one knows the procedure how to cancel a duplicate ticket which was issued by railway.

    Appreciate your help.
